We loved this restaurant!!! October 13th and 14th 2026 Cosmopolitan Hotel Zuma restaurant 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan hotel Atmosphere cool 😎 with fancy wood walls. 3 open view kitchens. Robata meat is charcoal-grilled meats (and sometimes seafood/vegetables) cooked Japanese style over a special high-heat charcoal fire. 9/10 rating 10oz Wygu steak 8/10 rating Sweet corn 🌽 Michelle’s had some spice on it that wasn’t good. Too spicy. 7/10 rating Roasted potatoes 8/10 rating Miso soup 8/10 rating Edamame

Food here is always amazing and the service is phenomenal! We usually ask to sit in Jessica’s section because she takes such good care of us and is so sweet. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work there and the atmosphere is very fun and friendly. Recommend the Dan Dan noodles, but everything we’ve ever had there is delicious.
