Bar seating is Walk In Only, no Reservations Required!Meximodo is a modern casa for bold Mexican cooking, legendary margaritas, and a world-record-breaking tequila bar. Our chefs fire-kiss al pastor on the trompo, slow-braise birria until it melts, and hand-press warm tortillas for tacos piled high with market-fresh salsas and crisp-bright ceviches. The bar is pure theater: lime squeezed to order, salt-rim rituals, frozen swirls and top-shelf, shaken-hard margaritas, plus agave flights that journey from tequila blancos to single-village mezcals. With a record-setting wall of rare bottles and private tequila lockers waiting for your name, Meximodo turns every night into a celebration. High-energy vibes, generous hospitality, and flavors that hit like a drum. Come for the tacos and margs, stay to explore the collection. Welcome to Meximodo: where Mexico’s soul meets modern style, and every sip and bite brings you back for more.

Note: Our full kitchen closes at 10pm, and last seating is at 9:30pm. Full bar stays open late. La Diáspora is a bar & restaurant that celebrates Latin American culture in New York City. From the cuisine — with culinary nods to the century-old Caribbean presence, to the newer wave of Mexican, Central, and South American residents — to the ambiance — hand-painted tropical imagery, eclectic cumbia, salsa, merengue, and reguetón playlists — La Diáspora is a love letter to the wonderful, unique, and ever growing Latin American community of NYC. The kitchen is helmed by Paolo Peralta (Hecho en Dumbo, Gran Eléctica, Aldama). With two separate dining rooms — each featuring 60+ seating capacity — plus a full, separate bar — with its own 35 seats — La Diáspora can accommodate over 160 guests in its approximately 5000 sq ft, and is available for private events, including large, family-style dinners, film shoots, panels, corporate mixers, weddings, and more.

Wonderful first time experience here. Drinks were tasty. Loved the truffle oil addition to the guacamole we ordered. I had shrimp tacos which were very well seasoned. My friend ordered the cauliflower entree. And it was delicious. Service was attentive. Our waitress was very friendly. I can’t wait to come back.
