We especially appreciate your commitment to offering animal-free options, including several bowls, pizza, a plant-based burger, and the ability to add tofu to salads and bowls. Mita is a once in a lifetime experience. The respect to culture and history is incomparable. The delicacy of the food and the attention to detail was phenomenal. As always, Aracosia was fantastic. Four of us thoroughly enjoyed the Mini Taste of Aracosia at lunch. There was nothing mini about it with its four plentiful stews (including two hearty vegetarian dishes), two kinds of rice, and a grilled lamb chop and piece of filet mignon for everyone. To say that every morsel was scrumptious is an understatement, and the value was excellent. In addition, the service was outstanding. We could not have had a better lunch anywhere!
