Best Vegetarian / Vegan Restaurants in Castle Rock

A great place to go with friends to hangout or have a dinner celebration! The atmosphere and decor is just absolutely amazing and for my best friends 23rd birthday they brought out white claw shooters (what an amazing treat)! An absolute must visit restaurant if you are out in Denver.

The atmosphere was lovely, and our waiter was very personable and efficient. His positivity made our experience there wonderful. Our appetizer, drinks, entrees and desserts couldn’t have been more delicious.

The food is excellent; very flavorful and fresh. I was there after 1:30 PM so it was quieter than during the lunch rush. The Chai drink was delicious. This is my favorite Indian restaurant in the area. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful.

We planned a team dinner during the Transplant Games of America. The staff was helpful and communicative in accommodating our needs as a larger group of diners and made us feel welcome. The food was great and our group really enjoyed it.

We went here for my birthday dinner and the food was absolutely incredible. The seitan wings half and half were a favourite even for my non-vegan friends. I also loved the 2 piece cauliflower chicken with Mac and cheese side. It was perfectly crunchy and tasty! Cocktails were great too! Our server, Josie, was informative and super friendly! I’m not from Denver but I’ll be returning again before heading back to Australia for sure!
