Took my wife out to dinner and had the pleasure of having Tristan as our server. He made some great recommendations and the 16oz bone in filet was great. All of the food was amazing as usual. I love this Capital Grille location.

We had the most extraordinary experience celebrating our 19th anniversary! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful. We were warmly welcomed by the host and escorted to a gorgeous table adorned with red rose petals and beautiful hearts, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere. Our evening began with alcohol-free Champagne and Rosé, followed by a delicious appetizer of Pan-Fried Calamari with hot cherry peppers. For our main courses, Jorge enjoyed the Seared Citrus-Glazed Salmon with Marcona almonds and browned butter, while I savored the Pan-Seared Sea Bass with miso butter. Both dishes were exquisite! Although we hadn’t planned on ordering dessert because we had already purchased a chocolate cake to enjoy at home with a bottle of Wolffer Estate Blanc de Blancs Champagne Non Alcohol, which we had specially saved for our anniversary, our wonderful server, Melody Pierce, surprised us with a beautiful presentation of two of the restaurant’s signature desserts: their famous Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake and The Capital Grille Cheesecake. And just when we thought the evening couldn’t get any more special, as we were preparing to leave, Melody presented each of us with a beautiful red rose! These thoughtful gestures, the exceptional service, the wonderful food, and the attention to detail transformed our anniversary dinner into a truly unforgettable memory. A heartfelt thank-you to Melody Pierce, the host, and the entire team who made our 19th anniversary celebration so special. I’ve been coming here consistently since they opened the location, it’s always a hit! Service , food , ambiance is always a 10/10! I have been sat in Lexi’s section twice now & she’s so amazing that I got excited knowing we were assigned to her section again. She’s so attentive , patient & makes great recommendations when I want to try something new. Thank you for always an amazing experience !
