I consider this restaurant to have some of the best staff in Minneapolis! They are long-timers, remember specifics, and treat customers beautifully. They never rush us or make us feel less important if we happen to not be having a big expensive meal. I love it here

I love this place, and come often. Really good wine and gluten free options for food. The staff is wonderful, and the vibe is really nice.

We loved Dario! Everything was packed with flavor, and the menu had some really unique and memorable dishes. We ordered the Gem Lettuces with cacio e pepe vinaigrette, puffed farro, pecorino, and black pepper, and the Doppio with sunchoke, ricotta, honey, hazelnuts, and rosemary — SO good and such a unique combination! We also had the Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka with fennel sausage, parmigiano, and basil, which was delicious, and finished with the Vanilla Panna Cotta with caramelized pear, rose water, hibiscus, and clove tuile. We would absolutely order the salad and pastas again. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. A couple of things to keep in mind: Dario is on the pricier side, and the portions are small. While the quality and creativity of the food are fantastic, the bill can add up quickly, especially if you're hoping to leave full. I'd recommend ordering a variety of plates or planning on a few entrees plus an appetizer. Otherwise, you may leave feeling like you need a little more food for the price. Overall, a fantastic meal with creative dishes and amazing flavors. Definitely worth trying, just go in knowing what to expect when it comes to portions and pricing!

Best Turkey burger in the city? It’s the only thing I order. Also on Tuesdays bottles of wine are half off. It’s a great option for those times when you don’t want to break the bank!

The food was fantastic and the staff was amazing. I wish I remembered our waitress's name because she was funny, kind, patient and just let us enjoy and we didn't feel pressured to hurry up.

Thanks to Solana for her attentive and responsive service. She kept our drinks filled and refilled. Our shared app arrived quickly and it was so good - the buffalo cauliflower. We enjoyed our entrees and when my steak add-on to my beet salad arrived it had been overcooked. She worked with the kitchen to get it fixed. When my husband asked for malt vinegar for his fish and chips - she got it. Overall, another nice evening out. We'll be back.

As with many others we found the noise level to be excessive. The food was very good but as others have noted the portions are on the modest side. In sum, the restaurant is a good place to go if you do not plan on a lot of conversation and you do not need a lot of food.
