The Capital Grille never disappoints. Everything was outstanding as usual. I had the porcini ribeye cooked medium—perfectly done and full of flavor. The seared sea scallops with asparagus and lobster risotto were just as impressive. Special thanks to Jesus, our waiter, who provided excellent, attentive service and made the experience even better. Always a top-tier dining experience. Highly recommended.

The wine selection is solid, and I loved the concept of pairing it with charcuterie boards and small bites — simple, yet very well done. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. But without a doubt, one of the most incredible highlights was being inside the bus — a unique and creative space that adds a special touch to the night, letting you fully enjoy the experience in a cozy and intimate setting. Overall, it feels like one of those hidden gems in Miami that doesn’t need to be flashy to deliver an unforgettable night. I would definitely go back
