Best Wineries in East Finchley/Finchley/North Finchley

I eat a lot of Japanese and have noticed this restaurant in my neighbourhood over the past year but only visited it for the first time last night. I thought it was outstanding - a great menu, some truly innovative dishes and the classics were perfect. Its 'outdoor/indoor' garden seating area was also lovely and relaxing, and the staff were also warm and welcoming. This is certain to become my goto regular Japanese in North London. Cannot recommmend it too highly.

Superb choice of dishes from Foda. Each dish was full of depths of flavour and used seasonal ingredients of the highest standard. The broccoli and potato dishes were exceptional, as was the strawberry dessert. Service was impeccable . A culinary experience up there with the best. A talented team of chefs with Tom and Melissa. Exceptional.

It was our first time at Wandering Grapes and we had a wonderful exoerience there. The food, the service and the ambience was all lovely. It's run by husband and wife team. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of wines. Thank you.

Been there twice already for Sunday lunch. The chef’s rotating so I can only speak for present chef Louis but both times the meal was creative, tasty, including very good desserts. Portions are as perfectly balanced as the dishes have good textures and seasoning. For below 30 pounds the value for money is just crazy! I plan to go a third time before Louis leaves mid May and will definitely look forward to the next resident chef 🤓🤩
