Great Japanese restaurant. Everything we had tasted great. There is also a bonus in very good cocktail menu which I would not consider as automatic in such a restaurant.
A quiet dining experience in the basement of Hotel Chelsea. The vibes felt like a speakeasy. The food was delicious, we kept it simple with miso soup, several pieces of nigiri and an order of maki. The seared salmon nigiri was our favorite.
We enjoyed the 15-course omicase. We were concerned because we had only about 90 minutes to dine before a show, but our server and the rest of the wonderful staff made it possible for us to finish the meal in a leisurely manner. We would definitely go there again.
