Best Authentic Restaurants in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

We went to China Poblano mainly because we had a wonderful experience at Jose Andres’ DC restaurant, Oyamel. The salt air margaritas also was a big plus. The food was delicious, an interesting combination of Asian and Latin flavors. The staff were attentive and very pleasant.

There were 7 people in our party and a couple of them decided on the Prix Fixe menu, which included a beautiful basket of assorted breads, an appetizer, a choice of one of three entrées and a dessert for $54. Our waiter-and all the wait staff-were fantastic. I had a lemon risotto with scallops, which was excellent and another in our party had steak which he said was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was much like you would expect in a first class restaurant. We spent 3 1/2 days in Vegas and the meal at the Bedford was the best meal we had! I highly recommend it..
