- RRebeccaNewcastle and Northumberland •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoAmazing service. Amazing food. As a solo diner you can never be too sure what to expect, but I was very well looked after by my waitress. The restaurant was immaculate and has an absolutely lovely feeling to it. Warm, friendly and welcoming, I would recommend it to everyone. The food was outstanding! It came out fresh, hot and packed with flavour. You will regret it if you don't give this place a try!More infoHinnies Restaurant££££• British• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.7

- FFionaLondon •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoThis is an amazing restaurant, in a secluded area off the main Newcastle streets. The ambience was very calm and can imagine this area in days gone by. The waitress was knowledgeable and helpful and always available, checking we were ok. The food: I had the beef which was a take on beef wellington and cooked to perfection. Yes, a little pricey compared to other restaurants but the uniqueness, the service and the food: well worth every penny. Overall a great evening and would highly recommend.More infoBlackfriars Restaurant££££• British• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.7
- BBernadetteNewcastle and Northumberland •4 reviews4.0Dined on Apr 30, 2026We went to Pique last night and really enjoyed the whole experience. We went for 5 small plates between two of us, but they were so big in future I would just get 4. The food was so tasty and not a huge overwhelming menu. Cocktails and wine were a good price and very nice too. Look forward to returning and would definitely recommend.More infoPique££££• South American• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.5

The portions are huge and we didn’t expect it because as we know it’s quite expensive everywhere but this place left us amazed. The prices were sooo good for what you get.
