    The overall experience at Blue Bird Bistro was good. The restaurant is quaint and the servers are excellent and knowledgeable about how to modify the menu for dietary needs. My entree was the chicken and it could have been more flavored. The dessert was the star of the show! The vegan and gf chocolate tart was next level good. Would go back just for this dessert!

    The food was outstanding. My husband had not been but twice prior to our visit. He was raving about the mahi-mahi. The preparation, the flavor, the value for the cost. Our server was amazing, she recommended the mahi-mahi to my husband. She was very attentive. We will definitely return for another great experience at Cooper’s Hawk in the Northland!
