We had a great experience at the Independent. The service overall was excellent, and our waitress Natasha was incredible!

The food here is simply superb! We both had steaks, a filet and a dry aged ribeye. Outstanding! Perrone’s is not inexpensive but when you want the night to be special you can’t go wrong here

As always, everything was delicious! We had a lighter dinner, a tuna poke bowl and blackened grouper tacos. So good!! The service was fantastic. Thanks Mahayla!!

Made a last-minute reservation here for Memorial Day weekend with a group of ladies as we were celebrating a birthday. The space is clean and open and generally a nice atmosphere. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced! I started out with a lemon drop martini and ordered the Philly cheese steak as my entree. The sandwich was tasty although we thought the fries could be crispier! Our server was sweet and she brought out a dessert to celebrate the birthday, which was a nice addition to our meal!

Hop Garden is a hidden gem in Georgetown! We went twice in one week (it was that good), sitting in the open air garden room the first time and sitting inside the restaurant by the bar the second time. We went with different groups of friends and between the two nights we ordered almost everything on the menu to share. The menu is creative, the food is absolutely delicious, and the staff was very friendly. I’ve tried 3 of the salads on the menu, and all were fresh, flavorful and unique! Everything was well prepared and seasoned to perfection. My friends said the Bacon Jam Scallops were the best they’ve ever eaten! We also had the Steak Frittes, Pork Dumplings, Shrimp & Grits, Bao Bun Tacos, Wagyu Beef Sliders, Curry Chicken, and Beef Tartar. My husband also went for lunch one day and had a short rib grilled cheese that he is still talking about! They have a nice wine and cocktail menu as well. If you haven’t tried Hop Garden yet, you must add it to your list!
