- AAlysonPerthshire/Stirlingshire •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a wonderful evening at The French Quarter yesterday with my partner and our friend. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the team and, despite being around 20 minutes early for our booking, we were seated straight away without any issue. This was our second visit and once again everything was excellent. The service was friendly, attentive and relaxed throughout the evening. The staff really make you feel welcome and create such a comfortable atmosphere. The food and drinks were fantastic and enjoyed by all of us. Each course was beautifully presented, full of flavour and clearly prepared with care. We also really appreciated that we were never rushed between courses or at the end of the meal, which made the whole experience feel even more enjoyable and relaxed. We absolutely love this place and it has quickly become one of our favourite restaurants in Newcastle. A huge well done and thank you to the whole team at The French Quarter — we’ll definitely be back again soon.More infoThe French Quarter££££• French• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.9

All dishes were delicious and light and all the prawns were beautifully cooked. Desserts were tiramisu, Creme brulee and a chocolate dessert, all delicious.More infoGino D’Acampo Newcastle££££• Italian• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.2
- CCarolynNewcastle and Northumberland •5 reviews5.0Dined on May 18, 2026We visited the Newcastle upon Tyne Cote Brasserie for my husband's birthday. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The food was very good and tasty and well presented. We had the 3 course menu, which we felt was very reasonable. We would certainly go back as we found the whole dining experience there was very good. It really makes a difference when the staff are friendly and pleasant and these people were.More infoCôte Brasserie - Newcastle££££• French• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.6
