Willie Mae’s did not disappoint. The chicken and egg was delicious. The service was great. The ambience was nice. It wasn’t too loud. The food was tasty and perfect portions. Overall a good value. Would recommend to friends old and new.

We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday! Everything from the atmosphere to the food and service was absolutely amazing. The evening was so special, and we truly enjoyed every moment. A special shoutout to the chef, whose cooking I’ve always loved! She never disappoints, and this evening was no exception. Absolutely the best dining experience - it was raining but we had a pet, so accommodations were made for us to be outside. Staff was great and friendly. Food was excellent - the best cauliflower dish I have ever had, fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend and will go back.

Service was amazing; friendly, attentive servers. Unique dishes based on NOLA culinary influences. The special, lamb albondigas - soft, fluffy meatballs that were delicious. Charming setting in an old cotton mill. And, the chocolate dessert was out of this world. Strongly recommend to those who don’t want the usual NOLA food experience, but a creative interpretation.
