    Perfection ! The Humo experience was the best choice I could’ve made for my wife’s birthday and for myself. Lorea was the apex at creating a dedicated and magnificent experience for both of us with our customized needs. I am plant-based and do not drink alcohol, I am still debating if this was the best experience I’ve had in terms of dining experiences. My wife is lactose intolerant and loves mezcal, she absolutely loved her experience. Service was the level of the highest and most regarded European cuisine, yet with the love and kindness of the Mexican people. I think Michelin made a serious mistake in not ranking this restaurant better for 2026, but Michelin lost was my gain. I am looking forward to coming back to Lorea, my highest recommendation.
