    Service from Shivani was excellent....she went above and beyond! Food was excellent! Caesar Salad with Salmon (done medium) was outstanding as was the Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast. Salad and dressing were top notch and the proteins were cooked to perfection! The Prosciutto & Tomato Focaccia Panini was full of flavor and very satisfying. The wine list is Italian wines, but having frequented the Iberia Lounge across the hall, I knew that the lounge served one of our favorite chardonnays. I mentioned this to Shivani and she made it happen ....she brought a bottle of Folie a Deux chardonnay for us to enjoy with our lunch! The restaurant was busy but service and time for meals was on target. Highly recommend!

    We went to Tony's Mining Company restaurant this past Friday evening to celebrate our friends 36th Wedding Anniversary. We have been to Tony's Mining Company several times and this visit certainly did not disappoint. Every dish served was spectacular. Our server was gracious, and well-informed regarding the menu items. We WILL be back to enjoy everything that is special about Tony's Mining Company.

    We chose The Circular Room at Hotel Hershey for our 32nd wedding anniversary. We were overwhelmed by the little things they did for us. Provided cornbread with raspberry butter, the chocolate dipped strawberries, followed by salted caramel. When the strawberries arrived on the table - the plate had written in hard chocolate - "Happy 32nd Anniversary" What a great touch! These extras along with Mike, our server, made the evening an Eleven out of Ten. The food was outstanding too - we both had the filet and split the Apple Harvest Salad. My wife had a chocolate martini to start the night off that was maybe the best ever. Highly recommend The Circular and ask for Mike! Enjoy the best food and experience in Central PA.
