    The Gafford is an annual go to favorite for our anniversary. The food is amazing as always. We got the meat and cheese board, roasted red pepper ans tomato soup topped with blue crab. I had the filet mignon, my husband had the veal special. The food, atmosphere, servers - always an amazing time!

    What an amazing restaurant! I’m so glad we stumbled upon it when researching places to eat in the area. We were a half hour early for our reservation yet they sat us immediately honoring the reservation request to sit at the windows. Although we aren’t picky eaters we did request some changes on the menu…. The cranberry and walnut salad we switched goat cheese for the blue cheese, the coconut crusted mahi we asked for the fish to be black grouper and the stuffed shrimp we swapped the tropical rice for the mashed potatoes. All requests were made and the only price adjustment was for the black grouper which we expected. The food was amazing and came out at a great pace. We also had some oysters on the half shell that were so fresh and delicious. We can’t recommend this restaurant enough. The staff especially our waitress Emily were so kind and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
