Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Cochrane

Luca is a Calgary gem! Service is always on point and food is absolutely delicious. Beautiful dining room, great cocktails. Our favourite Italian in the city by far.

Always a great experience for us at Ruth’s Chris. The steaks are done to perfection and the staff are pleasant and attentive. We’ve been fortunate to have Anthony as our server on a couple occasions and he never fails to make our evening enjoyable.

We have enjoyed Afternoon Tea at the Hawthorn for a few years now, and it is always a lovely experience. The food is delightful, the service is brilliant and kind. Can't wait to come back next time.

From someone who has solid fine dining gastronomy background in France, I would say the entire package at Gatsby's is probably the best I have had in Calgary so far. Food is phenomenal. Service is very detailed and complete. The ambiance is great. Space is a bit on the smaller side but for a business operational perspective, I think it is smart to keep the space not too big to start. I miss the cheese cart part that is normally present in French michelin star restaurants so this could be something to consider in the future. Overall, it is outstanding in what it offers and I will for sure go back when their menu changes.
