Pho Brighton is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also offer an entirely gluten free dessert menu with dishes like Pandan waffles, condensed milk ice cream and a Vietnamese affogato.     This was our first visit for many years when a family member staying with us wanted to take us out to dinner. Friends have always raved about Shiraz so we thought we would try again. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed warmly and offered two different tables but then one of the waiters came and said we have a slightly quieter table for you by the window. I had requested this in my booking. The food, service and the evening were wonderful. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much. I love the fact that it is a family run restaurant and that they go above and beyond when looking after their customers.

    Excellent food, we had the sea bass and beef short rib pie both of which were delicious. And the crumble was a perfect desert. Service was impeccable. Would thoroughly recommend and we will be back.
