Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Aliso Viejo / Laguna Niguel

Impeccable service by delightful Brooklyn and exceptionally food and cocktails. My second time there and both times ordered a different fish dish that was sublime! Will be back again and again!

This is our go-to date night, anniversary, and birthday place, along with where we take our out of town guests. The food is always amazing, and the ambiance is amazing. We always sit outside on the rooftop, and it has great views of the city. Our favorite is the filet. It comes with actual, fresh wasabi (not the green paste you get at sushi restaurants). It is sooooo delicious.

I have been to this restaurant at least five times over the last few years, and I’ve had a lovely experience every single time. My most recent visit was for my birthday dinner with a friend, and we absolutely enjoyed our time at this restaurant. Appetizers: we got the chicken empanadas and shrimp empanadas & both were good. The chicken empanadas are always my favorite—they are so good and the habanero ketchup is really tasty. I get it every single time I go there. For the entrées, we tried the rum pepper shrimp, and my friend had the plantain crusted chicken. Both really good and we enjoyed our meals. For the drinks, we got the piña coladas, and another rum drink & both were really good! Our server was kind enough to put my small cake that I brought to dinner in the fridge & bring it out for us when it was time for dessert. I would absolutely go back again for dinner or even just for drinks. The ambience is gorgeous & feels very romantic. This place is perfect for (solo) dates and large parties alike. I really love sitting in their booths. They also offer mini complimentary glasses of champagne when you check in. Overall, 10/10 every time!
