Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Anchorage

IT WAS AMAZING!!! I could not have asked for better staff to have served us! Jeffery and Addie were so kind and warm! It was worth every penny!

Everything from being seated to our wonderful waiter Jesse really made our night special. Very easy to talk with and he really helped guide us through the menu. I've eaten at most every steak and seafood place in this city but last night we both got the 8oz filet, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it might have been the best fillet I've ever had. The lobster bisque was also phenomenal. Thanks for a great night! We will be back soon.

We have the best server ever!! we went for lunch and we were very surprised at the value and how much we got to eat, and it was just overall an amazing experience!!!

Our first time at LuVino. We had an enjoyable evening. The restaurant was nicely decorated and very comfortable. All of the staff were super nice. The service was excellent. The only reason this is a four star review and not a five star is that the food quality, while very good, wasn’t as good as other restaurants we frequent in the same price category. I had steak and fries and found that the steak was pretty good, but the fries were a little dry and needed some more sauce or something and that the proportion of fries was pretty large compared to the steak. My wife has become a connoisseur of shrimp and grits and, again, found them to be good, but not as good as other places. The shrimp were breaded instead of grilled and she found that to be a fault with the dish. I don’t want to say that the food wasn’t good, because it was very good. It’s just there are other local restaurants that have higher quality food for the price.. We also got a bottle of wine and enjoyed that with dinner. They have an excellent wine and bourbon selection.
