Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Kansas City South

Bucca is a KC classic for great Italian in an amazing atmosphere. Took my oldest son and daughter in law, they loved it as well. No wait, great staff and service

My favorite dish at the Brass Onion is their fried chicken with mashed potatoes, cornbread and collard greens. However, everything I've ever eaten there has been the best, even their burgers! My friends and I go there regularly, and when I have out of town guests, I take them to Brass Onion. The food is always excellent. The service is always great, the staff friendly and helpful. Oh...I said fried chicken is my favorite food...but their Flourless Chocolate Torte ranks as my favorite dessert! I am known for my homemade chocolate desserts, so I am usually disappointed with the chocolate desserts at a restaurant. But this one is as good (maybe better!) than anything I've created!

We enjoyed a Sunday brunch with beautiful plaza views and delicious food! Thanks to the staff at American Slang!

The service and food are always excellent. When in old San Juan it is a really good choice for dinner.

First time @ D&B's; I am a grandpa and brought grandma, daughter + hubby, and G-kids (two 11 y.o. girls + one 6 y.o. boy). Good place for family fun, maybe 2-3 hours. Pretty hyper for kids, but that's what they want & got. Kids had a ball, parents had fun and want to hit the casinos again, and G-Pa/G-Ma survived. Not the place for a quiet meal, altho bar &r restaurant were pretty good, food was better than expected, and bar/food service (Samantha!) was outstanding. Didn't have great expectations, but D&B's exceeded them. Will probably do it again with next set of G-kids coming in 2 months.
