Best Lunch Restaurants in New Castle

Great experience start to finish. We were welcomed by staff and I asked for a booth. Great menu - so many good choices it made it hard to decide! Delicious haddock picatta and fish fry. Served hot and follow up was quick. Most food is gluten free and they accommodate dietary requests. Service was attentive. We will be back again soon.

This is a lovely restaurant with fantastic service and exceptional cuisine. One of our favorite restaurants in Portsmouth. South of downtown with plenty of free parking. Wonderful for that special occasion where high end meets casual.

I indicated four blocks in noise level meaning I was pleased with the LOW level of noise We had a parking spot right out front; we were shown to a booth giving lots of room; our waitress Brook was phenomenal, only checking on us when needed and not being overly aggressive; the bread and oil was great; the fried mozzarella was tasty; and the veal parmigiana was excellent!! Price was proper. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we plan to go back again soon!

My friends and I had an excellent experience. The oysters, the lobster rolls, the fish tacos, salmon, and desserts were all outstanding. The drinks were incredible, and the service from Erin was exceptional. Row 34 will definitely be a stop as we pass through Portsmouth…

Mother’s Day Brunch here was fantastic. Outstanding food, very similar to one we did at the Wentworth, but half the price. Staff was great, seatings were staggered so it didn’t feel crowded. Valet parking, nice setting, definitely recommend.
