Vic’s offers a quintessential Las Vegas jazz and dining experience in a beautiful space right by Symphony Park. As new residents in the neighborhood, we were warmly received and treated with amazing hospitality. Doris the manager is outstanding as host extraordinaire. She leads a fabulous team of waitstaff ready to please. Special shoutout to Amy and Hannah who made us feel welcome. We had A+ entrees — the bolognese was a perfect 10, and my partner’s halibut was prepared just right. The meatballs on the appetizer menu is also a must-try; you will not be disappointed. Great music and quiet elegance made for a special first weekend night out. We can’t wait to be back.

Every morsel superb if a bit expensive. In a casino/hotel so don’t expect a hushed tone. The counter seating where you can watch the kitchen folks work their magic looked like fun but I’d avoid it for groups of more than 2 as conversation would be difficult. All in all a wonderful meal.
