Best Restaurants for Anniversaries in Estes Park

We're "regulars" and everything went well for this visit. The service was perfect. We had a couple of dishes we'd had before plus one new one. The dessert (tiramisu) was a normal-sized slice, but our entrees and salads were very large. We both took food home.

The food was exceptional—far exceeding what you might expect from a typical hotel restaurant. We ordered the Shiitake Steak Risotto, which was rich, decadent, and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The goat cheese salad was equally impressive and a must-try for anyone who enjoys bold cheeses like blue and goat. French onion soup was warm cheesy and just what we had in mind. My date had the homestyle rigatoni and nearly finished it before I made a dent in my salad—he especially appreciated the subtle kick of spice. We wrapped up the meal with a roasted banana cheesecake, which was surprisingly delightful. It leaned on the sweeter side, but even as someone who doesn’t usually enjoy cheesecake, I found it thoroughly satisfying. The service was attentive, and the ambiance made it an ideal spot for a relaxed, quieter date night. We’re so glad we finally gave this place a try—it’s a hidden gem we’ll definitely be recommending.

We love the Cork and dine there regularly. It is our go to place! Danielle is an excellent waiter and he always remembers us. Great neighborhood spot with very good food and service.

My husband had the bouillabaisse and I had salmon. We also had oysters as an appetizer and shared potato leek soup. For dessert we had crème brûlée and key lime pie. It was all delicious. I will be returning!

We normally love chimney park we celebrate big dates birthdays an anniversary’s it’s always amazing but we did the tasting menu with wine pairing so disappointing over priced nearly 600 with tip only 2 of wines were good
