The energy of the room is compelling, our service was outstanding--attentive, engaged, timely and not over-bearing, just perfect. The smash burgers were genuinely delicious and filling, the butter lettuce salad crisp and perfectly dressed, the long beans appropriately spicy and the fries a great accompaniment. We were able to bring and share a 2007 Bond Matriarch that proved outstanding--thank you again Merriman's for being so wino-friendly. The Panzanella Salad was the highlight. It's definitely a unique take on the classic and can't wait to order it again. Also loved the Lemon Pepper Shrimp and the Crab Cakes. The service was also outstanding and everyone at the restaurant was warm and welcoming. They also brought a delicious mousse cake with a candle, since I mentioned that it was my friend's birthday. They also mentioned that they have happy hour from 2-4, if I recall correctly. I wish I could eat it every night. The tickety boo drink had depth and flavor.
