What a wonderful dining experience at The Beacon in Boone, NC! From the inviting atmosphere to the exceptional service, everything made for a memorable evening. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can tell that attention to detail and quality are priorities here. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The Beacon is truly a gem in the High Country! Food was excellent, as usual. Proper Caesar salad, and a healthy portion of delicious shrimp and grits like you’d have in the SC Lowcountry. Wife had the beet salad and seared grouper which were also great.
