Best Date Night Restaurants in Mammoth Lakes

I've been going to Elderberry House since the early 1990's, it has always been fun tasty experience. This last visit was a Mothers Day brunch, and if you want to take someone special to a very special place then Elderberry House won't let you down. The Elderberry House has since laxed its dress code but I still attend with no less than business casual because it's still, after all these years an elegant dining experience. During this visit I was absolutely impressed with the prix fixe menu plus the phone call confirming my reservation the day before, but the Elderberry House asked me about my dietary needs or exclusions, seeing I don't eat certain items the Elderberry House made note, this information was ready for the chef when we arrived and then a perfectly designed culinary experience was created based upon our requests. Yes, excellent house crafted cocktails, wonderful wine choices and pairing if so desired. Then after dinner a walk in the garden to see the roses, always romantic and fun. It's not cheap but fine dining never is, but well worth every dime spent. Go if you get the chance.

Excellent service and excellent food ( steak was ordered ) sides are large portions . Appetizers were plentiful. 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful experience at Morrison‘s. Elk chop and seafood Jambalaya was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the ambience was relaxing. I would highly recommend Morrison’s in Mammoth Lakes.

Thoroughly enjoyed both a wonderful dinner and breakfast the next morning. Our servers, Tony and Prudence, were terrific and made the experience all the more pleasant. The seating overlooking the lake and hills was really nice. We will most assuredly be returning!

The entire time the service staff was attentive and responsive. Food was delivered timely and was delicious.
