    Merriman’s is one of my favorite restaurants on the island. I love their commitment to local farm-to-table ingredients, and the quality is consistently excellent every time I visit. The menu highlights fresh, local products in creative and delicious ways, and you can truly taste the difference. The service is always warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and relaxed. Their happy hour menu had really good fish & chips, also listed on it were fish tacos, kalua pork quesadilla and their popular Szechuan green beans. Also got the Just Lettuce which is so light yet refreshing and the Bag Of Biscuits-always with the honey!Consistency is what keeps me coming back, and they never disappoint.

    This is maybe the best restaurant I have ever dined in—top three, definitely! My husband, son, and I enjoyed their ‘Ohana prix fixe menu, which gave us a taste of almost everything we wanted to sample from their menu. Everything was fabulously prepared and presented, and it was more than enough for the three of us. Our server, Rick, was attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu. I opted for the wine pairing with the meal, and as a relative wine newbie, I enjoyed each pairing. Their sommelier was there and really made the experience so much more enjoyable; I thought every selection was wonderful. We had a great night and will go there any time we have the opportunity to get back to Oahu!

    This was a really good tasting menu and experience. The chef and her team came up with amazing unique dishes that were a delightful family experience for everyone, including our small 5-year-old kid. We had an absolutely great time and would recommend this place highly.
