All of our fish is purchased whole and processed in our custom designed Fish Butchery just down the road from the restaurant.     This was a truly memorable experience for us . It was the best food/ wine combination I have ever tasted. Service was seem less and down to earth.The attention to detail was incredible . The flavours were unique and were a combination of art and science as they used the whole fish which was very new to us. We definitely recommend Saint Peter as a truly wonderful and unique experience.

    Everything was superb! We were a table of 16 and enjoyed the bottomless brunch - service, food, drinks, atmosphere was all outstanding. Highly recommend!

    It was a very lovely meal I enjoyed at Porcine. The service was excellent and very accommodating to a solo diner. The food was all delicious. A meal at Porcine is reason enough to travel to Sydney.
