    This restaurant has been in business for a while. For good reason. The food is wonderful and the service is above average. The noise level could be taken down a bit by some judicious use of sound absorbing materials. Almost everything in this classic space is hard. Sound bounces around a lot. That being said, run, do not walk, to this eatery.

    Saffron in Cary is a rare gem in that the food is very well prepared and served with warmth and love. We had vegetarian dishes only and they were all good. Our fav dishes were tadka dal, laccha paratha, kale patta chat. And Dahl bhalla
