Best Restaurants for Quiet Conversation in Murray, Nebraska

We had a great meal at Piedmont Bistro last night. I had the sundried tomato risotto with salmon and it was excellent. My wife had the filet. She likes it well done and they got it right the first time. Another had the filet tortellini and he also enjoyed it very much. Finally the fourth had the Asian Chicken salad I believe and she said it was delicious. We topped it off with a bottle of wine. Service was very good. Our water glasses were kept full and we were checked on several times. The Piedmont Bistro can get a little loud as tables are close and there are no dividers or anything to absorb noise. There was one animated table when we got there but after they left the noise level went down a lot. The food keeps us coming back.

The mimosa flight is fabulous. I loved the Fried Green Tomatoes.

Out dining experience was super. Our server went out of his way to make sure everything was up to Billy’s high standards. During our meal, we discussed our dogs, silversmithing, and our orchid collection. We wished we could have lingered longer but we had a concert to attend. Chef Nader came out and spoke to us several times. My wife had the rack of lamb which was fabulous! I had their Teriyaki Red Fin Tuna cooked exactly as I ordered. It was truly spectacular. I highly recommend Billy’s! The food was excellent and at a surprisingly reasonable price!
