Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Yeovil

Very busy but didn’t affect service or standard of food. As always excellent.

Was down Weymouth bay for the weekend and booked here for a carvery, it was very good value for money and was absolutely nice, would 100% recommend if your in and around the are you wouldn’t be disappointed

Lovely pub with lovely staff who were friendly and professional. Good we had was the Sunday carvery and it was delicious! Will deffo be going again.

Such a beautiful restaurant within the Sherborne. Small menu- with 5 choices of mains, but something for everyone really. We had the 3 course set menu with a whipped feta and crudités starter, gorgeous venison frites with a peppercorn sauce and a sticky toffee pudding which were all fabulous and great value. Also had the venison loin dish with the smoothest mashed potatoes I’ve ever had, beetroot and cavalo nero and a glorious sauce. Also the cherry Bakewell which was sweet and delicious with fantastic pastry. A super-attentive, enthusiastic waiter who spoke passionately about the produce. It was really quiet in there so really hoping that they are able to stay open- it would be so sad if such a great restaurant was struggling.

We both had beef bourguignon, it was fantastic, accompanied buttery mash was absolutely stunning and the kale/broccoli on the side cooked to perfection. Lovely and quiet, great service, difficult to fault :)
