Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Sawbridgeworth

Chateaubriand meal was excellent as was the service. Would definitely recommend

Lovely Restaurant and Lounge Bar dining area, with working fireplace and rustic beams creating a good ambience, very popular too, so booking is recommended. A good menu covering all tastes plus seasonal "Specials" board. I had the "Fish n Chips", Battered Cod, Chunky Chips, Peas and Tartar Sauce, freshly cooked, piping hot, and absolutely Yummy! My wife had the Lasagne, very substantial, tasty, and "Homemade", all boxes ticked, followed by something from the Desserts menu, Sticky Toffee Pudding with Ice Cream being a favourite, all served very attentively by the friendly team, many thanks!!

I took my fiance here for our anniversary meal and we both had a perfect evening. The food was fantastic, as was the atmosphere. Our server Chris was friendly and attentive, and made our experience even better. It was our first time visiting Host and we have both said we would love to go back ASAP.

Fabulous and great atmosphere as usual. Lovely log fire!

Excellent quality of food with a wonderful calm feel about the restaurant area. Service was also first class, we will be back .👏👏👏
