Lussmanns Woburn has a strong claim to being the prettiest of our five restaurants, although, like children, we probably shouldn’t have favourites.The classical, three-storey, Grade II-Listed Georgian building is certainly our largest restaurant, offering a fabulous space for everything from an intimate dinner to a business lunch, a family get-together or a major celebration. With the welcoming bar at the front through to the 70-metre garden at the back, it’s full of stunning sustainable design details – the epitome of the Lussmanns elegant, classy but classless style. Set in 22 acres of stunning parkland Paris House is located on the Duke of Bedford's Estate in Woburn. Paris House blends modern culinary techniques with traditional foods to create a 6 course tasting menu. Paris House was originally built in 1878 in Paris. At the end of the 19th Century the timber framed building was dismantled and shipped piece by piece to its current home in the stunning grounds of Woburn Park. In January 2014 Paris House was bought by the businesses’ award winning Executive Chef Phil Fanning. The restaurant is managed as a family business by Fanning and his wife Claire.The restaurant’s tasting menus are based around dishes constructed with natural flavour combinations using the best seasonal produce available. The Farmhouse at Redcoats is a beautiful 15th century farmhouse nestled in the north Hertfordshire countryside. Sherwin Jacobs heads the kitchen and delivers quality, fresh, local produce, much of which is grown in the no-dig garden and onsite polytunnel.
