The Heritage Restaurant is part of the culinary arts program at Grand Rapids Community College. The students, training to be chefs, the ones we met were on the pastry program and the international cuisine class.
The service was amazing. The dishes were exotic and the server did an amazing job of explaining what they were, how it was made and the ingredients contained.
We took some pictures, because words do not work for something so amazing and memorable.
