Our first visit to celebrate birthdays. All four of us enjoyed our evening. Nice ambience, buzzy atmosphere and attentive service. We had the Tea Time menu with wine which we thoroughly enjoyed - nice wine! Great value. Will return and happy to recommend.

Our 3rd visit over a couple of years. This lunchtime visit was 28 October 2026 and like the previous two occasions was outstanding. We ( two people) only had mains ( as our appetites are not big enough for three courses!). As on previous occasions we shared a full chicken ( with potatoes and a side salad). It all tasted fabulous. Finished with an Irish coffee which was also delicious. Had a glass of wine and a small beer with the meal. The bill was very very reasonable. The venue is small so it’s cosy but maybe a bit too small for some diners who like lots of space. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive. A lovely experience.
