A great Saturday evening dinner. Our hostess and waiter were very accomodating, professional yet engaging, and service was "spot on". We began our meal with the Tuna tartare appetizer, which was declicious, and when additionnal wonton crisps were requested they showed up within minutes. I had the Branzino, so very good, they do know how to cook fish, and my partner had the special,grilled Octopus, which was unbelieveably good, superbly prepared and plentiful. Thank you to all at Le Bilboquet.

Finest, high end cuisine in Denver. Three of us enjoyed the four course dinner with a Comte Armand Volney French Burgundy. Branzino, veal cheeks, and pork were the main dishes. But the opening salads and appetizers were the stars. Seasonal and exquisitely prepared. Reminded me of a few Parisian restaurants. Service was outstanding. Probably the best dining I have experienced in Denver, ever!

Fun family gathering spot! Kona has an all-day happy hour on Mondays & Tuesdays with a great variety of options! We sampled a little bit of everything and were not disappointed! Great service and delicious food made for a memorable family dinner. We’ll be back!

The restaurant is in the lobby of the Hyatt, but quiet, so great for a bigger party. Our waiter was attentive and gave good advice. The appetizers (charcuterie, Brussels sprouts, and truffle fries) were excellent. The sliders and chowder were great. Overall an excellent dining experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars Are Not Enough! Red Square is truly an extraordinary experience! The atmosphere is unlike anything else, transporting you into a unique and captivating setting that makes the evening feel magical. I surprised my partner with dinner here for his birthday because he loves Russian food, and it was the perfect choice! The food was phenomenal, and every bite was delicious. Our server was outstanding, and the service made the evening even more special. Five stars? I would give them every star in the sky! We will absolutely be back!

The Food here RULES! This traditional restaurant has many tables. Service was excellent. We dined mid-afternoon, so the space was relatively empty, which kept the noise level low. We shared a salad, all ingredients of which were fresh. The dressing was appropriate in terms of amount and complementary to the ingredients. The pizza was sublime. The dough was perfect, the cupping pepperoni generous, and the mozzarella was ultra fresh. The EVOO and hot honey drizzle capped off a perfect pizza, the best we've ever had... and there have been many.
