Happened to be French Bistro Night (Tuesday), so I had a 3-course menu ($45/pp) including celery soup (really wonderful flavor), beef bourguignon (very flavorful with diced carrots, pearl onions, red wine reduction, and sides of mashed potatoes and mixed sliced vegetables. Last course: maple crepe (with whipped cream, maple syrup. My wife opted for the wild mushroom pappardelle, which also was terrific.
