Todd, Ellen & their team continue to roll out the classics: risotto fritters, artichokes, as well as sharing new, local, organic delights! If you were a fan of the original spot on CT near the WH, you'll find the ambience here WAY more easy-going & approachable. Easy location. This continues to be my FAV restaurant in DC.

We ate outside which is why I said the noise level was quiet. I suspect that inside is not so quiet. The food was very good overall and the service was attentive.

I took two french guests to NH and they loved it. The food was outstanding and so was the service. We ordered Grilled octopus and shrimp for appetizers. Branzino, filet mignon, lamb and wagyu hamburger. All, except for the hamburger, were outstanding. The hamburger was way below subpar. The service was one of the best I have ever had in DC thanks to our thoughtful Ukranian waitress. Noise level was OK. I already made a reservation to return. I will recommend this to friends and family.

Excellent quality, fresh, expert preparation. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Get anything with the black lava sea salt on it. Will repeat. Great date night option.

We had the most amazing time at the Mad Hatter Tea Party High Tea! From the delicious food and wonderful tea to the beautiful experience, everything was absolutely perfect. Our server, Etseg, truly made the experience extra special. Her warm smile, kindness, and incredible attention to detail were above and beyond. She made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout the entire experience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, kind, and attentive. The food was excellent, the tea was wonderful, and the whole afternoon was simply magical. I would highly recommend the Mad Hatter Tea Party to anyone looking for a fun, unique, and memorable afternoon experience. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back!

    We really enjoyed our Saturday evening dinner at Floriana. After living in DC for so long I wondered why I've never been to Floriana. The service and food was EXCELLENT! Our server Marco was attentive and super friendly. In fact all the staff were friendly. Our food was so good! I also really appreciated the perfect serving time of our drinks, appetizer, main entree and dessert. The bartender also made a creative and refreshing melon mocktail for us! I would love to know the history of the building and so wish it could be totally modernized while keeping the same charm!
