Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Blakeslee

Everyone and everything was just perfect for our date night from the host and friendly, warm servers to the kitchen staff who were fantastic with my food allergies and dietary restrictions. When back in the area we will definitely return.

First class experience every time. The food and drinks are consistently excellent, and the staff is always knowledgeable and kind. The environment is beautiful and modern; It feels upscale and elevated without feeling overly formal and stuffy. We’re lucky to have The Refinery in Northeast PA. By far our favorite restaurant!

This was our first visit to this unassuming restaurant but not our last. From the friendly gal who sat us at our table and recommended certain dishes to the musician who entertained us throughout dinner with her hauntingly beautiful voice to our server who deftly attended to us without being overbearing to the chef and his wife who asked us if we enjoyed the meal on our way out... everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming and the people part of the dinner elevated our experience. The food itself was inventive and fresh and exquisite. We moved to the Poconos from Washington DC and this restaurant could easily thrive in DC or NYC. It's another level from what we've found in Central PA. It will easily become our new go-to spot, despite being 30 minutes away. The only downside is we have to limit our consumption of delicious wines and cocktails to make the drive home. A+ and five stars!

An other great dining experience. That evening the salmon and duck dishes were some of the best I’ve ever had. Really enjoyed getting a chance o interact with chef. And as usual our favorite server Izzy was awesome. The Circle is a true treasure.
