Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Hampton Bays

My husband and I were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary. We were greeted at the door by a member of the staff who wished us a happy anniversary. I requested specific seats at the bar and they were set up for us prior to our arrival with menus. The bartender/server (Breanna) greeted us and immediately offered us a glass of sparkling wine to toast our anniversary. She was attentive to us throughout our dinner, explaining the menu, checking in to ensure we were enjoying our dinner. As always, it was a wonderful experience! We enjoyed the bitter greens salad and pork belly starters. My husband had the halibut entree and I had the monkfish. Both were delicious, although I felt the monkfish was a bit salty. We finished with the pumpkin crème brûlée — outstanding!! Thank you for a beautifully memorable dinner.

Another wonderful meal… We will definitely miss visiting Olea after November 14! 

Everything from service to food was five star. Everyone in our party raved about the food. I will definitely put this restaurant in rotations. Drinks were awesome as well.

Another great experience at this fine restaurant. Always love to go family style and share appetizers while all enjoying our own entree. We continued this pattern this evening, and everything was spot on, including the drinks. This is always a favorite in the Hamptons and even better in the off-season when it's not as crowded as the summer.
