Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Independence

We had a delightful dinner last evening. The atmosphere was quiet and inviting .Our server (Selma )was exceptional. The food as always was on point. Our meal consisted of seared scallops, delicious potato purée, and crab-cakes with a wedge salad. We ordered the mascarpone cheesecake for dessert which was equally outstanding. Several other diners around us had wonderfully prepared steaks that looked to die for. We have dined here several times, while staying at Harrah’s and can honestly, it is one of our favorite restaurants in the Kansas City area. We enjoyed our meal so much we made reservations for the next evening. This time we will have the steak.!!

We had an amazing anniversary dinner with such attentive and thoughtful staff! They had a postcard waiting for us and gave us champagne to celebrate. Plus, the food was amazing! We had the focaccia, Carciofi pizza, Fusilloni pasta, and the Torta Della Nonna for dessert! Everything was perfect!

We went to celebrate our 25th anniversary and everything was great. The food was served very promptly and was to our liking. The ribeye steak was cooked to absolute perfection. The key lime pie was awesome. The wait staff was very friendly! all said a perfect place!

We loved the wine tasting experience because it was intimate, the food was delicious (especially the tomato soup), and the staff and other guests were super friendly. The Piedmont wines were great! We bought a few bottles :)
