Food was exceptional, waitress delightful, view of the river was a wonderful touch. My only comment would be to add additional dinner options. Salmon was excellent, but Menu is very limited with few seafood options. Chilean sea bass and Lamb would be a nice addition. I will be back it was a lovely evening.

Hell's Kitchen never fails to impress. I ordered a beet salad which was the best one I have ever had. The chicken was moist as it is supposed to be but often is dry even at good restaurants. Signature Beef Wellington is still the best.

We were there to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary. It was a Tuesday night and kind of quiet. The two ladies that waited on us were superb. We had the prix fixe menu and the pacing was perfect. It allowed us to have a leisurely and elegant dinner. Each course was wonderful, perfection actually. I had the filet mignon as my main course and there were 2 pieces so I brought one home--all the way from Lake Tahoe to San Jose. I just wish we didn't live so far away so we could go more often. Great restaurant and ambience. Well decorated for Halloween too.

My wife and I traveled to Lake Tahoe and wanted to experience something different and The Edge Restaurant and Lounge offered that experience. Our server Spencer and his other assistants were tremendous in caring for our dining experience. Spencer even provided us with some local facts that were very interesting. We will return again in 2027 and hoping to see the same team. Thank you guys. We loved it.

JWB Prime Steak at Margarita Ville Resort South of Marriott Timber Lodge close to casinos and state line. The atmosphere is low lighting, quiet, lively music different music from Rolling Stones, Christopher Cross, to Jimmy Buffet and Hispanic songs. Seated so we can see the kitchen and chefs working. Linen napkins, nice plates and silverware. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars $165 plus tip. After dinner singer Jennifer Grant was singing in the lobby and she was amazing. 9/10 Atmosphere 7/10 (because skin on chicken) Chicken Au Jus (chicken was great) 10/10 Au gratin potatoes 8/10 asparagus. 10/10 big 10oz Filet 9/10 Scallops only had 3 scallops, 4 scallops would’ve made it a 10/10 10/10 (free for birthday) warm Chocolate lava cake 7/10 vanilla Ice cream 10/10 Roasted Beet Salad 7/10 Bread and butter
