Varanese settled in Louisville because of its successful independent dining scene, and he believes that the people of Louisville will appreciate fresh ingredients, prepared with a creative flair and a culturally diverse menu. Varanese’s eclectic menu boasts an array of options from stuffed grape leaves, and fried green tomato salad, to new signature entrées: the seared boneless pork chop, and caramelized orange salmon. This New American style restaurant will comfortably seat 150 guests between its bar, dining room and four seasons patio. The four seasons patio of Varanese is an addition to the building, which has a dramatic 20-foot slate water wall.     We had the most wonderful dinner at Bourbon Bistro last night. The food was amazing! The buratta and the bread pudding, were to die for and the fliet was wonderful! The service was amazing, the atmosphere charming, and we were able to enjoy our conversation in the quiet environment. A++

    Yet another excellent experience - perhaps our sixth or seventh wedding anniversary meal where we selected Seviche as the place to go. My wife and I enjoyed the fresh guacamole (with veggies!) prepared at table, the Oysters a la Lamas (sorta like Oysters Rockefeller, but better), with my wife enjoying Crab Seviche and Early Tomato Gazpacho (a special on last night's menu) for her entree, while I enjoyed my favorite - Churrascos de Argentina (skirt steak with chimichurri). Our parents would be pleased, as we "cleaned our plates". Service was excellent, the Restaurant Manager stopped by to say "hello", and we enjoyed our wine and martini. All in all, a very good meal to close out an excellent day.

    First time coming here, the food was great, atmosphere was great. Sit upstairs on the balcony, it was the perfect weather for the garage doors being open. Lady was playing the piano which made a nice little background music. All in all it was a great experience and will be back.
