There was nothing wrong with it, but it just wasn't our kind of thing. I let our server know and ordered something else, emphasizing that there was no need to take it off our tab as we rolled the dice on it and it just didn't work out. The new cocktail came out immediately and when we paid up I noticed that the original was on the bill, but the replacement was not.
