My Wife and I Absolutely Love Pumphouse. Anytime we are heading to Charlotte area, it is a must include. Hard to find such a Consistently Great Place. We have dined with them at least a dozen times, and each experience is about the same, Very Good! The Food is Fantastic. We Love starting with the fried Okra. Any Entree we have had we have thoroughly enjoyed. This past time we really enjoyed the Peach grits. Have never had these before. They were Really good. Heidi was a Very Good Waitress, and we Loved the experience fron the 5th floor looking at the River! We can't wait to come back soon.

Our experience with Firebirds was one of the best we have had in the SW Charlotte area. The host read our notes that we would prefer a booth, sat us right away and was so pleasant. Our server Sara was outstanding in so many ways! She made a special soda water drink for our daughter, had great recommendations on the menu, made sure we were always taken care of, and gave the best service that really made this experience fantastic! Great job Firebirds and we can’t wait for the next time! Thank you!!
