A very relaxed atmosphere with the highest of standards. We were sat at the counter in front of the cooking area. It was an absolute pleasure to watch the chefs at work. We were impressed by their knowledge of the menu and that they were able to describe the dishes that weren't self-explanatory on the menu. Our party was made up of people who were intolerant of wheat, shellfish and diary and we all managed to find something that we enjoyed. Great ambience with a roaring log burner. There was a large party in the same room as us and we were told that we could move if we wished, which we appreciated.
