    Blue Shrimp never disappoints. It was the first restaurant we came to when we started coming to PV four years ago for our anniversary and we went last night for our 9th anniversary and had a great dinner. You can't beat it for one of the best places to enjoy the sunset.

    The ambiance of dining right on the beach next to the sound of waves crashing, with unobtrusive background music playing was spot on. Our server, Adrian, was EXCEPTIONAL. Perfect recommendations, allowed us to dine at our own pace without feeling pressured, pleasant and the consummate high end server. The food was delicious. Fresh seafood, perfectly seasoned and spiced. This is a restaurant that focuses on quality and service, and the price reflects that. I highly recommend dining at Sí Señor, Puerto Vallarta.
